Nice resort with friendly service except that it does not have any fridge in room and AC but honestly not a big issue. Thank you to the hospitality of the staff at Mikie. Miss Emma and team. Front service, Ricky could be more polite when check in guest and also answering question before saying NO and not bothered attitude. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Environment is good especially for family with kids as they have pool and playland. Room condition and bed ok Only the toilet a bit run down and need a deep clean Shower is ok

The room is big and spacious. But the floor is dirty. The toilet floor is oily. Hope the hotel can keep the rooms clean in the future. This will be good.

Repeat stays at mikie (＞4x) for proximity to funland. Stayed in family room (2 level). Check in was fast, amenities are old but sufficient. Towel is old and not quite absorbent. Knocked room at late night when all of us were asleep to request back swim towels which we had returned to unmanned towel counter. Swimming was fun but water is cold. Breakfast variety is amazing and commendable but not all was nice. Arcade is not new but affordable and fuss free. Water kettle wasnt working well but was quickly replaced upon request. Will stay again and will recommend.

Hotel oke, menu breakfast sangat beragam, ada mini area utk joging track dan tersedia alat olahraga ringan. Toilet dekat lobby sangat oke, ruang tunggu depan lobby sangat modern. Proses Check in dan Check Out sangat cepat. Kolam renang bersih dan terawat. Saran saja utk siaran TV di kamar gak jernih. Ada beberapa channel yg tanpa suara. Di area kolam renang better ada payung payung di area meja kursi dekat kolam, jadi apabila panas bisa berteduh dan kalau hujan pun, baju bersih utk ganti tdk basah karena hujan. Kalau bisa disediakan locker juga di area bilas kolam renang.

Bad experience. We got food poisining from the hotel restaurant food (we only ate in the restaurant, so had to be from the hotel). We had 2 mornings the breakfast box. First morning we asked for 6 sandwiches (we are with 6 persons), 2 sandwiches without cheese. We recieved 6 WITH cheese. Next morning we asked 6 sandwiches without cheese to make it easier, we received 6 sandwiches WITH cheese. Room was not very clean with checkin. When we ordered lunch in the restaurant, we waited over an hour for fries and club sandwich, which had ice cold fries.
